SA Cleaning Academy is a digital product. Once you purchase and receive access to the course, the product has been delivered in full. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to read this policy carefully and to reach out with any questions before making your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

By completing your purchase on sacleaningacademy.co.za, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, failure to complete the course, or dissatisfaction with the content.

Why no refunds? SA Cleaning Academy is a fully digital product. The moment your payment is processed, you receive immediate access to all available course materials, your unique reseller link, and your enrolment benefits. The product has been delivered.

What You Receive on Purchase

All products on SA Cleaning Academy are digital and access is granted immediately upon payment. Once that access is live, the product has been delivered. For this reason, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued.

All Products Are Non-Refundable

This policy applies to every product purchased on sacleaningacademy.co.za — whether a course, a digital download, or a physical item. All sales are final regardless of the product type or format.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this policy. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately suspend access to your course and reseller account while the dispute is under investigation, and to provide your payment provider with a copy of this policy and your purchase confirmation as evidence of the agreed terms.

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns before escalating to your bank. We are a real business and we want to hear from you.

Technical Issues

If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing the course or platform, please contact our support team before assuming the product is not working. We will investigate and resolve any genuine platform access issues promptly. Technical issues are not grounds for a refund where the product is otherwise accessible.
