SA Cleaning Academy is an online cleaning skills certification programme operated by SA Cleaning Queens (Pty) Ltd, available at sacleaningacademy.co.za. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to SA Cleaning Academy and its operating entity. References to "you" refer to the person purchasing or accessing the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or enrol. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Our products are primarily intended for South African residents, though access is not geographically restricted.
Enrolment
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the SA Cleaning Academy course. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or allow anyone else to access the course through your account.
Content
Course content is released in stages. At the time of purchase, the content available to you is clearly communicated. Any additional content or levels released after your purchase date will be subject to separate pricing unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.
Access Duration
Course access is ongoing from the date of enrolment. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of the course content. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students.
By purchasing any product on SA Cleaning Academy, you are automatically enrolled as a reseller (affiliate) of SA Cleaning Academy. By completing your purchase at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the affiliate terms set out in this section. These terms form part of your agreement with us and apply for as long as you hold a reseller link.
Your Reseller Link
All students receive a unique personal reseller link upon purchase. No course completion is required to activate this benefit. Your link is personal and non-transferable, and may not be sold, shared, or used in any way that misrepresents its origin or the SA Cleaning Academy brand.
Commissions
You earn 70% commission on each qualifying sale generated through your unique link. SA Cleaning Academy reserves the right to adjust the course price at any time — your commission will reflect the current price at the time of each sale.
When Commission Is Earned and Paid
Commission is only earned once a sale has been completed and the payment has fully cleared. Commissions on cleared sales are paid out weekly to the South African bank account you nominate. You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payout details — we are not liable for payments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected as a result of incorrect details supplied by you.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Self-Referral and Fraud
You may not purchase through your own reseller link, create duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or generate sales through deceptive, automated, or manipulative means. Any commission earned through self-referral, fraud, or manipulation will be withheld, and such conduct may result in the immediate termination of your reseller rights and recovery of any amounts already paid.
Promotion and Conduct
You may promote SA Cleaning Academy only under the SA Cleaning Academy brand. You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the course, the certification, or the earning potential of the reseller programme. You may not spam, impersonate SA Cleaning Academy, or promote the programme in any manner that breaches applicable advertising or consumer-protection laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your reseller rights for any conduct that damages the brand or violates these terms.
Your Status and Tax
You participate as an independent reseller. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship between you and SA Cleaning Academy or SA Cleaning Queens (Pty) Ltd. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on commissions you earn.
Suspension, Termination, and Changes
We may suspend or terminate your reseller rights, withhold commissions, and disable your link where you breach these terms, engage in fraud, or act in a way that damages the SA Cleaning Academy or SA Cleaning Queens brand. Commissions properly earned on cleared sales before termination — other than where termination is for fraud or chargeback-related conduct — will be paid in the next scheduled payout. We may modify the commission rate or structure, or discontinue the reseller programme, at any time, with reasonable notice to active resellers.
All course content — including videos, written materials, templates, checklists, scripts, and resources — is the intellectual property of SA Cleaning Academy and its operating entity. By purchasing, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal development.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, share, resell, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written consent. This includes screen-recording or capturing lesson videos in any format.
Digital certificates are issued upon successful completion of each level's assessment. Certificates are personal to the student and may not be transferred, altered, or misrepresented. SA Cleaning Academy reserves the right to revoke a certificate in cases of academic dishonesty or misuse of credentials.
Certified graduates may be listed in the SA Cleaning Queens internal placement database. Inclusion does not guarantee placement. SA Cleaning Queens manages all homeowner interactions internally and retains full discretion over which candidates are put forward for any given placement.

SA Cleaning Academy is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take every effort to ensure our content is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary increases, or earnings from the reseller programme. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SA Cleaning Academy and SA Cleaning Queens (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or course content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify enrolled students by email. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
